Introduction:

I’m Laurence, a WatchStrap Artist, 

The production of my own watch straps starts after I bought my first Panerai and was looking for a good strap online and in the shops but to no avail and I decided to do this myself instead, I begin to search online for quality leather and some simple tools.

The result of my first watchstrap turns out to be pretty good. I pass the images to some of my friends and liked it too. I managed to produce a few for my friends as gifts and they absolutely loved it. So I begin to get more manual tools & tried to be more efficient in terms of production. After that with the help from a few expertise, I managed to set up my own brand of “74WatchStraps”. Now I am ready to fulfill your passion for good & beautiful handmade “74WatchStraps”

Current Series

All my straps are 100% hand made with small tools and they will never be perfect in the stitches and cutting of the hides but I try to reduce that as much as possible. All my watchstraps are finished with the help of some manual tools and you might find minor imperfections on the strap as most of my styles are distressed/vintage and as all straps are finished by hand, each one has its individual character and style. You will not find a straps that is perfectly aligned in the cut lines and color, if you are, then you are in the wrong blog… instead you will find a beautiful handmade Art Strap that’s going to look better after years of wearing. It will age with character and style with your watch.

I only buy the best material that I can find for all the watch straps that I produce, I will not sell a strap if I do not like it myself after making it. The leather that I buy varies in thickness as they are all natural 100%. So thickness of strap might vary slightly.

All my straps are not waterproof unless stated.

The availability of materials can be limited at times, 2 weeks will be needed to buy in some leather.

My “74WatchStraps” is most suited for Panerai and other big watches. My straps are not limited to only one watch brand. My straps has nothing to do with any watch brands.

  Delivery Time Line:

I may have some ready made sometimes, which is the usual size that my customer requires; these will be on first come first serve basis.

Most orders are made based on orders and personal requirements. Based on my current workload, I will only be able to delivery in about 1-2 weeks time. I will inform you of the estimated work completion once you have placed your order and payment has been made. An image of the finished watch strap with your delivery address will be emailed to you. I will send it after you confirm the delivery address.

Shipping and Payment Mode:

I will only use insured “EMS” for safe and fast delivery for all watch strap, yes they are a little more expensive but very reliable and so far I no problems with this, there is an extra charge for this. I do not want to make anything from the postage/delivery of your watchstraps. I shall inform you a breakdown of all charges. You will then pay the full amount through Paypal or Bank transfer(for local buyers).  Once the watchstraps are sent, you will receive between 2 to 11 working days.

Shipment with Normal/Standard Airmail is absolutely free BUT THERE WILL NO TRACKING NUMBER AND UNINSURED. THERE WILL NO REPLACEMENT IF IT GETS LOST. It will take a long time for this to be delivered, sometimes as long as 6-8 weeks, on the worst cases, 10 weeks. This method is never recommended.

Please note that I will only plan the production of your watchstrap/s once full payment is made.

Disclaimer: 

1) The colour of the straps may vary/differ due to different computer screens 

2) You might not be allowed to buy some of my exotic skin watch straps due to the customs restrictions. Buyers are responsible for the importing of these straps.

3) Tax may be required for certain countries. Buyers are responsible for the payment of these taxes imposed by your customs

Prices are exclusive of buckle (unless stated) and shipment charges.

Below are charges to add to the original price of the straps:

·      Any buckle in the image: + S$22

·      Extra watch strap keeper: + S$5 & +S$10 for exotic skin

·       Change to a better thread: + S$5 (from thin thread to a thicker thread or from a polyester thread to artificial sinew)

All straps are made according to the size of the buckle (4mm pins or 2.5mm for leather Nato) that I have available. I will always recommend you to buy my buckles, just in case the ones you have do not fit at the pin or punched holes, they might be too big or small. You have to be very sure that my straps will fit your buckle.

At the end of this sales, I do not want just want to sell you straps only. I am selling an experience and want to be sure that you have a good experience wearing my handmade 74WatchStraps. Your satisfaction is my priority.

The above chart is based on 44mm Panerai Watch with 24mm lugs width. If your watch is smaller than 44mm, you will need a slightly longer strap. If you have a bigger watch than you can either choose the above or a shorter strap.
